VERY IMPORTANT PLEASE READ !
We have now resumed sales to the EU despite numerous problems with the mail system from UK to the EU.
However, the situation is not ideal, so please note...
1. The package can take a long time to reach you due to customs clearance
We may use a courier if possible.
2. There will likely be customs tax charges to pay on delivery depending on your country since Brexit
3. Customs do not always contact the buyer to inform them that customs fees are due, and the item is sometimes returned as tax unpaid. In this case, you will be refunded minus postage costs. As a not-for-profit company, we cannot afford to lost shipping costs on items returned by customs for unpaid duty, unnotified packages, and uncollected items.
4. I'm sorry, but I am no longer able to send items to Italy and Portugal by normal mail. More than half of all mail does not arrive if untracked, or it is returned as 'not collected' or 'customs fees unpaid'. If you are from Italy or Portugal, you may want to contact me directly so that I can send a manual invoice with tracking included by a different courier that regular mail.
